Compensation Plan      

ACTIVATE: After receiving your free website, back office software and free position in the compensation model by signing up as an ACT Dealer through your sponsor's website, it is now time to “activate” your position by making a product purchase of at least 40 PBV (personal business volume). This will allow you to begin accumulating volume as you build your Left and Right side Sales Teams.

QUALIFY: Next, you will want to “qualify” to receive Team Building Cash Rewards by personally sponsoring one person on your Left Side Team and one person on your Right Side Team that purchases at least 40 PBV every calendar month.

LifestyleAn Active and Qualified Dealer can receive Team Building Cash Rewards according to the following schedule:
An ACTIVE and QUALIFIED DEALER may receive up to 175 cycles of $10.00 per cycle or $1,750.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards.

NOTE: Dollars are USD

An ACTIVE and QUALIFIED DEALER may receive a Fast Start Bonus of $40 on any personally sponsored Dealer who purchases a Bronze Pack. (One-Tier Fast Start)

LifestyleBRONZE DEALERS and above can receive Team Building Cash Rewards according to the following schedule:

A BRONZE ACTIVE and QUALIFIED DEALER may receive up to 175 cycles of $20.00 per cycle or $3,500.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards.

To remain Active a Dealer must order at least 40 PBV every calendar month.

To remain Qualified a Dealer must have one Dealer on their Right Team order at least 40 PBV every calendar month and one Dealer on their Left Team order at least 40 PBV every calendar month.

LEADERSHIP POSITIONS: Bronze - Silver - Gold - Platinum - Diamond Director - Executive Diamond Director
BRONZE

ACTIVE & QUALIFIED DEALER achieves BRONZE status by accomplishing the following:

• Accumulate 120 PBV or higher of personal purchases within 30 days of your enrollment;

OR,

• During the enrollment process or within 30 days of the enrollment process, Purchase of a BRONZE PACK (120 BV).

PAID AS BRONZE (QUALIFY): You will want to “qualify” to receive Team Building Cash Rewards by personally sponsoring one person on your Left Side Team and one person on your Right Side Team that purchases at least 40 PBV every calendar month.

BRONZE DEALER receives the following:

•  Recognition for achieving BRONZE status;

•  Doubling of Team Building Cash Rewards to $20 per cycle and $3,500.00 per week potential;

Receive a Fast Start Bonus of $40 on any personally sponsored Dealer who purchases a Bronze Pack . (One-Tier Fast Start)
SILVER

ACTIVE & QUALIFIED DEALER achieves SILVER status by accomplishing the following:

  • A one-time 120 PBV or higher of personal;
  • Personally sponsor six (6) BRONZE Active and Qualified Dealers.

OR,

• During the enrollment process or within 30 days of the enrollment process, Purchase TWO BRONZE PACKS (240 BV).

SILVER DEALER receives the following:

•  Recognition for achieving SILVER status;

•  May receive up to $5,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards;

•  A 10% matching bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all personally sponsored Dealers (L1). This Matching Bonus will not exceed 100% of the Team Building Commissions earned by the SILVER DEALER on L1 during the qualification period;

Receive a Fast Start Bonus of $40 on any personally sponsored Dealer who purchases a Bronze Pack (One-Tier Fast Start) and $20 on THEIR personally sponsored dealers when they purchase a Bronze Pack . (Two-Tier Fast Start)

A SILVER DEALER who qualifies during a given calendar month will receive the appropriate matching bonus for that same calendar month during which he or she qualified as SILVER.

GOLD

ACTIVE & QUALIFIED DEALER achieves GOLD status by accomplishing the following:

  • A one-time 120 PBV or higher of personal;
  • Personally sponsor nine (9) BRONZE Active and Qualified Dealers;
  • Having 6,000 PGV (Personal Group Volume) in a calendar month with a minimum of 2,000 PGV coming from each side of your personal group.

OR,

  • During the enrollment process or within 30 days of the enrollment process, Purchase of THREE BRONZE PACKS (360 BV).

GOLD DEALER receives the following:

•  Recognition for achieving GOLD status;

•  May receive up to $10,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards;

•  A 10% matching bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all personally sponsored Dealers (L1) and a 10% matching bonus on all 2nd level Dealers (L2). This Matching Bonus will not exceed 400% of the Team Building Commissions earned by the GOLD DEALER for L1 + L2 during the qualification period;

•  A potential share* of the Global   Gold   Bonus Pool. The Gold Bonus Pool is pro-rated among other Gold Dealers and paid quarterly. This bonus pays out based on 10% of the Global Bonus Pool. The amount paid will be calculated based on the Personal Group Volume (PGV) of each qualified GOLD DEALER during the qualification period.

*To earn this bonus the GOLD DEALER must be PAID AS GOLD DEALDER or above for at least 8 weeks of the quarterly qualification period.

PLATINUM

ACTIVE & QUALIFIED DEALER achieves PLATINUM status by accomplishing the following:

  • A one-time 120 PBV or higher of personal;
  • Personally sponsor twelve (12) BRONZE Active and Qualified Dealers.

Having 15,000 PGV (Personal Group Volume) in a calendar month with a minimum of 5,000 PGV coming from each side of your personal group.

PLATINUM DEALER receives the following:

•  Recognition for achieving PLATINUM status;

•  May receive up to $15,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards;

•  A 10% matching bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all personally sponsored Dealers (L1) and a 10% matching bonus on all 2nd level Dealers (L2) and a 10% matching bonus on all 3rd level Dealers (L3).  This Matching Bonus will not exceed 900% of the Team Building Commissions earned by the PLATINUM DEALER for L1 + L2 + L3 during the qualification period;

•  A potential share* of the Global   Platinum   Bonus Pool. The   Platinum   Bonus Pool is pro-rated among other   Platinum   Dealers and paid quarterly. This bonus pays out based on 20% of the Global Bonus Pool. The amount paid will be calculated based on the Personal Group Volume (PGV) of each qualified PLATINUM DEALER during the qualification period.

*To earn this bonus the PLATINUM DEALER must be PAID AS PLATINUM DEALER or above for at least 8 weeks of the quarterly qualification period.

DIAMOND DIRECTOR

ACTIVE & QUALIFIED DEALER achieves DIAMOND DIRECTOR status by accomplishing the following:

  • A one-time 120 PBV or higher of personal;
  • Personally sponsor fifteen (15) BRONZE Active and Qualified Dealers.

Having 30,000 PGV (Personal Group Volume) in a calendar month with a minimum of 10,000 PGV coming from each side of your personal group.

DIAMOND DIRECTOR receives the following:

•  Recognition for achieving DIAMOND DIRECTOR status;

•  May receive up to $25,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards;

•  A 10% matching bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all personally sponsored Dealers (L1) and a 10% matching bonus on all 2nd level Dealers (L2) and a 10% matching bonus on all 3rd level Dealers (L3).  This Matching Bonus will not exceed 900% of the Team Building Commissions earned by the DIAMOND DIRECTOR for L1 + L2 + L3 during the qualification period;

•  A potential share* of the Global   Diamond Director   Bonus Pool. The   Diamond Director   Bonus Pool is pro-rated among other   Diamond Directors and paid quarterly. This bonus pays out based on 30% of the Global Bonus Pool. The amount paid will be calculated based on the Personal Group Volume (PGV) of each qualified DIAMOND DIRECTOR during the qualification period.

LifestyleA car bonus in the amount of $100 paid WEEKLY   ($400 per month car bonus!).

*To earn this bonus the DIAMOND DIRECTOR must be PAID AS DIAMOND DIRECTOR or above for at least 8 weeks of the quarterly qualification period.

EXECUTIVE DIAMOND DIRECTOR


ACTIVE & QUALIFIED DEALER achieves EXECUTIVE DIAMOND DIRECTOR status by accomplishing the following:

  • A one-time 120 PBV or higher of personal;
  • Personally sponsor twenty (20) BRONZE Active and Qualified Dealers.

Having 75,000 PGV (Personal Group Volume) in a calendar month with a minimum of 25,000 PGV coming from each side of your personal group.

EXECUTIVE DIAMOND DIRECTOR receives the following:

•  Recognition for achieving EXECUTIVE DIAMOND DIRECTOR status;

•  May receive up to $50,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards;

•  A 10% matching bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all personally sponsored Dealers (L1) and a 10% matching bonus on all 2nd level Dealers (L2) and a 10% matching bonus on all 3rd level Dealers (L3).  This Matching Bonus will not exceed 900% of the Team Building Commissions earned by the EXECUTIVE DIAMOND DIRECTOR for L1 + L2 + L3 during the qualification period;

•  A potential share* of the Global   Executive Diamond Director   Bonus Pool. The   Executive Diamond Director   Bonus Pool is pro-rated among other Executive Diamond Directors   and paid quarterly. This bonus pays out based on 40% of the Global Bonus Pool. The amount paid will be calculated based on the Personal Group Volume (PGV) of each qualified EXECUTIVE DIAMOND DIRECTOR during the qualification period;

LifestyleA car bonus in the amount of $250 paid WEEKLY. ( $1000 per month car bonus!).

*To earn this bonus the EXECUTIVE DIAMOND DIRECTOR must be PAID AS EXECUTIVE DIAMOND DIRECTOR or above for at least 8 weeks of the quarterly qualification period.

Want to come?

ACT sets aside 60% of revenue from commissionable volume to pay Dealer Rewards and Bonuses.
ACT reserves the right to impose a cap on payments if in any given week, the potential total payout exceed 60% of revenue.
